We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to oversee the fabrication and assembly of major auxiliary equipment for large-scale power generation projects. The role involves close collaboration with supplier facilities in the UAE and Oman to ensure strict adherence to technical specifications, inspection plans, and quality standards.Job Title: Power Generation Equipment Quality Inspector ??Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE & Sohar, Oman ?Type: Contract / Resident Site-Based | 12-month contractIndustry: Power Generation / Heavy Equipment ManufacturingKey Responsibilities:Supervise supplier quality performance and compliance with inspection and test plans (ITPs) and manufacturing process plans (MPPs).Conduct in-process, final, and packaging inspections across welding, painting, NDT, electrical, and mechanical assembly activities.Identify and document nonconformities, verify corrective actions, and support suppliers in achieving a “zero defect” quality culture.Provide detailed weekly quality reports, highlighting progress, risks, and deviations.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years' factory or field experience in manufacturing, assembly, or quality inspection.Hands-on expertise in welding, NDT (VT/PT/RT/MT Level II), painting (FROSIO Level II), and electrical/mechanical assembly.Strong understanding of QA processes, technical drawings, and inspection documentation.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Experience in power generation or heavy industrial equipment is highly desirable.Technical degree preferred.How to Apply:If you have the technical expertise and commitment to uphold world-class quality standards in power generation manufacturing, please apply now with an updated CV and contact number.
