As part of this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in an agile/SCRUM environment to design, develop, and maintain software solutions. You will have the opportunity to engage with partners and stakeholders across the globe contributing to a diverse and dynamic global team.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define user and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Execute tasks related to engineering activities.
  • Provide timely status to technical leaders.
  • Maintain resource flexibility to adapt to the dynamic environment.
  • Document technical data generated to substantiate the assigned components, and systems consistent with engineering policies and procedures.
  • Participate as a presenter in technical findings. Demonstrating solid preparation, effective communication and open for feedback.
  • Continuously identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, optimizing efficiency and quality in the software development lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends, proactively recommending innovative solutions to enhance the team's capabilities.


Required Qualifications
  • Currently Enrolled in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic and Control Systems Engineering, Robotics and Digital Systems Engineering, Mechatronics or related with at least 1.5 years to graduate.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Demonstrated ability in managing own projects.
  • Effective problem identification and solution skills.
  • Proven analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Proven programming skills.
  • Accountable and strong learning/continuous improvement mindset.
  • Open team player and strong interpersonal skills.
