This position reports to: HR Business Partner

HR Operational Specialist (f/m/d) - Part-Time (20h/week) Work model for this position: On-site, #LIonsite

Your Role and Responsibilities

As an HR Operational Specialist (f/m/d), you'll take on a variety of tasks, including:
  • Recruiting for our blue-collar areas (needs analysis, job profile creation, candidate search, applicant management, onboarding)
  • Organizing and following up on occupational reintegration (BEM) meetings
  • Supporting the on-site HR Business Partner, especially with:

    Creating reports and analyses

    Implementing projects

    Handling administrative HR topics, such as managing actions in Workday, creating purchase requisitions, coordinating appointments, etc.
  • Independent support of a defined group of employees

Qualifications for the Role
  • Education: Completed commercial vocational training or a related bachelor's degree (preferably in business administration or HR management)
  • Experience: Initial HR experience (ideally 1-2 years) is a plus
  • Expertise: Solid knowledge of SAP HR and Workday
  • Personal strengths: Strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and confident time management
  • Mindset: Committed, hands-on, and solution-oriented
  • Bonus: Experience in secretarial management is desirable
  • Work style: Independent, structured, and reliable
  • Language skills: Fluent German, both spoken and written
