The role requires strong offshore leadership, coordination with marine and installation teams, and oversight of all construction activities during offshore campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate offshore WTG installation operationsManage daily construction activities, ensuring safety and performanceOversee offshore teams and interface with project managementEnsure compliance with project plans, QHSE standards, and installation proceduresSupport reporting, planning, and project progress trackingLiaise with marine coordination, contractors, and onshore stakeholdersRequirementsProven experience as an Offshore Construction Manager in offshore wind / WTG installationStrong understanding of offshore operations, vessel-based work, and HSE requirementsAbility to work a 14/14 rotationValid offshore certifications (e.g., GWO, medical)EU nationality requiredB2B / Ltd company engagement only
