Job Scope:
The General Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate all operational activities for combined services in the region. This role ensures that equipment and personnel are prepared and deployed in accordance with industry standards, Weatherford quality procedures, and safety guidelines. The position requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to service quality to maintain client well integrity and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all equipment load-outs to client job sites per customer requirements.
• Assign duties and supervise yard and offshore personnel, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company standards.
• Motivate team members to achieve operational goals and recommend improvements in processes and equipment utilization to enhance efficiency.
• Analyze and resolve operational challenges; assist team members in problem-solving.
• Coordinate closely with the Operations Manager and offshore supervisors to guarantee full preparation and delivery of equipment in compliance with QHSE policies.
• Perform operational duties on client well sites as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized operations base, including all work areas, offices, and common facilities.
• Collaborate with management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Evaluate personnel performance and make recommendations regarding incentives, promotions, hiring, and terminations.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Actively participate in Quality and HSE initiatives, including:
• Be available for 24-hour on-call support as required.
• Perform any other delegated responsibilities within your competency as instructed by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or operations management role within oilfield services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop entry-level field personnel.
• Solid project management and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients.
• Self-motivated with a strong commitment to service quality.
• Knowledge of Weatherford inventory management systems (JD Edwards or equivalent) preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
