Technology & Digital analyst

Main responsibilities may include but not limited to:

• Provide technical support by developing and running extracts from various systems.

• Audit Population and Reporting: extract SAP and other data for sales and use tax audits.

• Manages extracting large datasets from IT systems & reconcile to ERP System.

• Utilizes knowledge of work group systems to assist on enhancements and development projects.

• Work with the appropriate teams to improve, streamline and optimize work. Review processes, reports, and other activities for process improvement opportunities.

• Maintain a general knowledge of U.S. sales & use and excise taxes and their application.

Required Qualification/Soft Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, accounting, or related field.

• Combination of + 8 years of tax systems, accounting, finance and/or audit experience

• Fluent in ERP/Tax systems, Microsoft Office tools, Power BI.

• Utilizes knowledge of work group systems to assist on enhancements and development projects. Preferred qualifications in system implementation (SAP)

• Excellent oral/written English skills

• Analytical skills and critical thinking

Preferred qualifications:

• US Indirect tax experience

• Soft skills: coordination/Leadership skills

• Able to adapt processes in response to a fast-paced environment.
