The Geozone Quality Manager is responsible for the administration of the organizations Operational Excellence and Performance System (OEPS), implementation and sustainment of the company's business excellence programs and has the authority over processes affecting service quality. The Quality Professional will provide leadership for the development, implementation, communication and maintenance of the company's OEPS and support system integrity through the geographical area of responsibility.

- Ensure full compliance with corporate governance, HSE, Security, Quality policies, and all regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and environmental protection while driving continual improvement across all operations.
- Lead OEPS/API/ISO management system implementation, conduct audits, and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Monitor risk management, oversee Management of Change, and ensure supplier quality controls and incident reporting compliance.
- Consolidate and analyze QHSE data, track performance trends, and support implementation of new/revised standards.
- Provide quality inputs for bids, maintain system integrity during changes, and collaborate with Service Delivery on compliance issues.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure clear expectations and responsibilities within teams.
- Manage budgets and expenses responsibly in line with financial policies.
- Take ownership of personal development and support talent development, coaching, and succession planning within teams.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, ethical conduct, and adherence to company values at all times.
Skills & Knowledge required
- Experience managing International Organization for Standardization (ISO)/American Petroleum Institute (API) management systems
Travel Requirement: This role may require domestic and potentially international travel of up to: 50-75%
Qualifications
- Secondary education required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance role
- Root Cause Analysis Incident Investigation Training
PREFERRED
- Bachelor's or equivalent preferred
- American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certification (CQA; CMQ/OE)
- Industry recognized Training: CQM, CQE, CQA, CRE, CRMP, Lean and ISO certifications are desired
- Membership of appropriate professional societies
