Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee regional/local marketing and sales activities for products, systems, and services within the defined industry segment(s). Each day, you will ensure that the related business substantially increases sales, margins, market share, and customer satisfaction in the selected market segments. You will also showcase by defining the industry group footprint (market presence, execution standards, and delivery model).
The work model for the role is LI# - Hybrid.
This role contributes to the Electrification Service Business for APAC Region being based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

This role contributes to the Electrification Service Business for APAC Region being based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Develop ing and execut ing a market-based sales strategy covering direct sales, third-party channels, and project-based opportunities across the region .
- Translat ing ABB's global Data Center segment strategy into practical, country-specific action plans that deliver measurable results .
- Own ing revenue growth targets across targeted data center industry segments , commercial outcomes are yours to lead .
- Leverag ing operational intelligence, competitive benchmarking, and industry analysis to identify the best processes, equipment, and automation opportunities .
- Establish ing ABB's footprint in the data center segment, including execution standards and delivery models that set us apart from competitors.
- Ensur ing ABB consistently exceeds customer expectations through strong service delivery and technical credibility .
Qualifications for the role:
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with significant involvement in data center projects.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Data Center segment, covering Installation & Commissioning, service agreements, maintenance contracts, and asset lifecycle management.
- Proven experience in driving sales growth and managing commercial accounts across regional or multi-country markets.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and navigate complex regional and global stakeholder environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Willingness to travel 30-50%.
