Project Director Location: Australia Start Date: Q1 2025 Pay Rate: $250,000 per annum Job Description: The Project Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of projects within the organization. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Developing project plans and timelines Managing project budgets and resources Leading project teams and providing guidance and support Monitoring project progress and ensuring milestones are met Identifying and mitigating project risks Communicating with stakeholders and reporting on project status Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards Driving continuous improvement and innovation in project management processes Required Skills and Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within Australia Proven track record of successfully delivering end-to-end utility scale renewable energy projects Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Relevant qualifications in project management or a related field Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
