In this role You will:
- Develop an unconstrained 24-month plan for stock movements across the European distribution network.
- Create a feasible packed goods deployment plan to maximize stock availability and minimize obsolescence.
- Manage production planning processes for assigned SKUs, ensuring alignment with demand and inventory targets.
- Review supply shortage alerts daily, take corrective actions, and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.
- Collaborate with Demand Managers to ensure effective demand control processes.
- Represent planning in monthly S&OP meetings and weekly demand control meetings.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage excess stock and SLOBS through corrective actions.
- Work closely with NPI & Product Lifecycle teams to integrate product plans into production schedules.
- Ensure data accuracy in planning systems and master data management.
- Support crisis management and continuity of supply during disruptions.
- Share best practices and drive process standardization across Europe.
What You will need to be successful:
- University/College degree in Supply Chain, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain planning roles.
- fluency in business English.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) and its business impact.
- Experience with planning systems (Kinaxis Maestro preferred).
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., SAP Business Objects).
- Ability to operate at operational, tactical, and strategic planning levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in Sales, Customer Management, Finance, or Lubricants business is desirable.
- Proven ability to work with diverse teams across geographies.
