We are looking for an experienced Dredgemaster/ Dredge Operator to operate and manage dredging activities onboard of a Cutter Suction Dredger.
Function description
We are looking for a professional with full command of dredging operations using a CSD, ability to assemble, disassemble, and troubleshoot dredging equipment.
Skilled in training and supervising other operators to ensure safe and efficient operations, knowledge of dredging techniques, floating pipeline handling, and environmental compliance and capable of planning and executing dredging works according to project specifications.

We are looking for a professional with full command of dredging operations using a CSD, ability to assemble, disassemble, and troubleshoot dredging equipment.
Skilled in training and supervising other operators to ensure safe and efficient operations, knowledge of dredging techniques, floating pipeline handling, and environmental compliance and capable of planning and executing dredging works according to project specifications.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Dredgemaster/Dredge Operator on CSD's
- Strong mechanical and operational knowledge of dredging equipment.
- Ability to lead and train team members.
- Valid UK Frontier Work Permit (mandatory) or allowed to work in the UK
- STCW and relevant safety certifications.
- Seamans book
- Passport
- Good command of English.
