In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Manage Operation Team & Process and Collaboration with Sales, Service team
  • Manage inventory to ensure stock accuracy and customer order fulfillment
  • Develop solutions to support efficient delivery order processing, business flows, and logistic executions
  • Manage daily customer order deliveries and provide customer with resolutions for logistic issues
  • Manage the handling of customer complaints, customer returns and service quality analysis
  • Coordinate with sales for cost effective order delivery and customer service solutions
  • Review service sales order
