- Manage inventory to ensure stock accuracy and customer order fulfillment
- Develop solutions to support efficient delivery order processing, business flows, and logistic executions
- Manage daily customer order deliveries and provide customer with resolutions for logistic issues
- Manage the handling of customer complaints, customer returns and service quality analysis
- Coordinate with sales for cost effective order delivery and customer service solutions
- Review service sales order
