In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Run the daily Scheduling Report from Oracle;
- Release Internal Requisitions on other world areas for B2B;
- Solve business system related issues with orders if found or escalate these internally;
- Review all open Lead Time (improvement) Requests;
- Handle critical customer issues;
- Respond to e-mail from Sales, Customer Contact Teams and Production;
- Participate in the daily Production Meeting;
- Daily rescheduling of sales orders due to components and logistics delays;
- Attend the weekly Interco Meeting with global counter parts;
- Perform Supply Planner activities in a back-up role;
- Advise to build-up or outsource complete orders;
- Assess the increase or decrease of safety-stock levels;
- Initiate continuous improvement (CIP) projects/activities;
- Work according to ISO14001 and ISO 9001.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- A minimum of 1 year of Previous positive experience in an Operations or Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Care environment;
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, etc.)
- Experience using an ERP system, preferably Oracle;
- To be eligible to work and live in the Netherlands, living within a reasonable distance from our office (hybrid or remote working is not possible with this position);
- Professional-level fluency in English;
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart
- Bachelor degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field (i.e. logistics);
- Dutch spoken and written - nice to have.
