This Position reports to:
Manager - Global TA Operations

Job Responsibility:

• Executes and delivers Talent Acquisition services in compliance with agreed business processes, KPIs and quality targets in a timely, accurate and customer focused manner, showing an end-to-end responsibility.
• Provides on-demand reports related to business processes where required.
• Acts as point of contact for inquiries regarding TA services related topics and delivers support across one or several country(ies)/business areas
• Supports cross-collaboration within Talent Acquisition and with other teams, such as HREX or HR Services to optimize processes and tools and therewith promote synergies.
• Operates with integrity and ensuring quality in every step. Supports other team members with defined tasks and knowledge transfer.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor degree, 3 to 5 years in HR service, recruitment or talent function.
• Experience with talent sourcing and talent pooling tools linke CRM or LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong ownership and quality sense, a good team player with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in Chinese and English, both oral and written
