Roles and Responsibilities

• Focus on day-to-day Greater China Indirect Sourcing projects and ensure alignment with business priorities
• Evaluate current and anticipated requirements, determine potential sources, obtain bids, and plan programs to meet business needs
• Define supplier strategy, including management and optimization of supplier panels
• Lead negotiations and allocate needs to specific suppliers, including terms and conditions, Statements of Work, and Master Service Agreements
• Drive cost-out initiatives, localization, and supplier optimization projects to achieve the lowest possible cost for goods and services while balancing quality and schedule needs
• Proactively collaborate with global and regional sourcing teams as well as suppliers to improve On-Time Delivery to target levels
• Conduct supplier performance reviews, convey performance expectations, and address sensitive issues
• Provide analytical data and implement improvement plans to enhance supplier performance and sourcing processes
• Lead process enhancements and support the continuous development of the Procurement function toward best practices
• Develop and implement regional sourcing strategies that align with global and regional business goals and long-term objectives
• Advise requesters and stakeholders or leaders regarding Sourcing strategies, approaches, processes, procedures, and progress in procurement activities
• Focus on and demonstrate experience in project management and handling complex projects
• Ensure compliance with company policies and processes, including but not limited to Sourcing, Compliance, Commercial, Quality, Production, EHS, HR, Lean, etc.
• Perform other tasks assigned by organizational or functional leaders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Sourcing and/or Commodity Management
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong ERP knowledge
• Fluent in both oral and written English
