The Global Payroll Transformation Programme is a strategic initiative aimed at standardizing, optimizing, and enhancing payroll operations across multiple regions. This programme focuses on implementing a unified payroll landscape to streamline processes, improve compliance, and drive operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead the global implementation of ADP GlobalView and ADP Celergo across all regions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with regional payroll teams, HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure alignment and successful deployment of payroll solutions.
- Oversee data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the transition.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress and post-implementation success.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, challenges, and achievements.
- Ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations during and after system implementation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing large-scale global payroll system implementations, specifically with ADP GlobalView and ADP Celergo.
- In-depth knowledge of global payroll processes, compliance requirements, and best practices.
- Strong programme and project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or payroll (e.g., CPP) are preferred.

- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Adaptability to navigate complex organizational structures and diverse cultural environments.
