Join our Budapest Team and advance your career as an ARC Senior Team Lead!

In this role you will be the primary point of contact / focal point for specific processes within General Accounting.

Key Accountabilities:

• Coordinate the relationships with in-country Finance team, auditors and central teams.

• Build and lead a Senior ARC team and provide accounting and reporting support to the business.

• Liaise with the Finance stakeholders to ensure the completeness of books, and group reports.

• Accountable for sustaining the compliance and integrity of accounting and reporting processes assigned to the FBT.

• Accountable for building capability and supporting change within the ARC team in the drive for exceptional customer service, operational excellence & compliance.

Essential Education, Experience & Job Requirements:

• Team management experience.
• Relevant 7+ years finance and accounting experience. Solid understanding of General and/or Joint Venture Accounting would be highly beneficial.
• Relevant Oil&Gas business experience and knowledge.
• Recognised Accounting qualification (University degree, optional: ACCA and Tax Advisor Certificate).
• Able to manage multiple/conflicting priorities with a strong track record of delivery against tight deadlines.
• Strong talent management skills.
• Innovation and change management competencies.
• Ability to align operational and project management tasks and priorities.
• Customer- and service-orientated thinking.
• Readiness for action and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and cooperation skills.
