Associate Location: California Start Date: December 2025 Pay Rate: $70 - $90 Per Hour As an Associate you will be responsible for providing expert advice on construction costs and contracts. You will work closely with clients to ensure projects are completed within budget and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities: Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects Conduct risk analysis and value engineering Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors Monitor project progress and financial performance Provide guidance and support to junior team members Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of construction contracts and regulations Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
