As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services. You will work closely with development and testing teams to analyze, identify, and report issues, as well as implement and monitor quality assurance processes.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Analyze requirements and ensure appropriate test coverage.
• Design and implement test cases based on software requirements with minimal guidance.
• Use Azure DevOps Test Plans for test management.
• Implement test cases and report issues comprehensively, aligning test execution with release schedules.
• Apply industry-standard software quality assurance methods and terminology, including functional and non-functional testing.
• Participate in the QA guild and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Communicate proactively about test creation, execution, and defect resolution.
• Develop automated solutions for test execution under supervision.
• Perform functional tests using tools like Selenium, Python, and SoapUI.
• Monitor system performance.

Who You Are:

You are a meticulous and proactive quality assurance professional with 1 to 3 years of experience in ensuring the reliability and performance of software products. You have a strong foundation in software engineering concepts and a passion for identifying issues and driving continuous improvements in processes and systems.

For this Role:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in software quality assurance, testing, or a related role.
• Oracle Applications frontend and backend knowledge
• Strong critical-thinking skills for analyzing and solving simple problems.
• Advance understanding of software engineering technical concepts and principles.
• Awareness of the capabilities and limitations of test automation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is essential.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Experience working with Azure DevOps or similar test management platforms.
