We are looking for our new colleagues to the Customer Order Management Coordinator (COM Coordinator) position of the Value Stream, who is responsible for the on-time and profitable execution of the business segments in the Szekesfehervar Factory. In order to ensure the best ownership for a customer order, the COM coordinator role combines three functions: Planning, Customer Care and Purchasing.
The COM Coordinator owns the order backlog from Customer order system receipt until shipment, works on late backlog reduction, POR planning and execution and finished goods inventory reduction.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Value Stream Responsibilities:
• Master Scheduling, Planning and Date Management
o Understand the order requirements and the execution plan developed at quotation phase by the quote coordinator, verify the order lead time and take the appropriate actions in case of misalignment
o Order acknowledgement according to the relevant procedure and ensure that the order specific execution plan and solutions are properly applied and registered in the MRP.
o Perform date management (SSD, PSD, OPD, Assembly start date) in accordance with the European Date Management guidelines. Consult with the Factory Master Scheduler in case of order pull forward. Take into consideration the project specificities and split shipment requirements and dealing with batch delivery schedules.
o POR planning and execution
o Define the late reason codes after the root cause analysis is completed and register it into the Factory Oracle system. Strives to detect the right cause first time as these findings feed the European PPR process.
o Collaborate with the Master Schedulers in the level loading and ensure that the schedule of the orders of the Value Stream is aligned with the Customer expectations
o Work with the Change order coordinators and COF teams on Change Orders to define the lead time and cost impact and ensure the Change Order Management process is done on time
• Customer Care activities
o Provide regular status communications (and status report if needed) to key stakeholders, build partnership with internal and external Customers across multiple European Sales countries. Draw the attention of all relevant actors to deviations from the original plan in a timely manner.
o Participate in the project kick-off and other meetings related to the project
o Track the undated backlog and ensure order engineering and item activation process steps are completed on time
o Track the delivery schedule of the Sales orders and identify the late, scheduled late or undated components
o Track the status of the critical or missing components fulfilment (PO, IR, MWO) based on the actual supply/demand situation
o Initiate proactively problem-solving actions in case of issues or risks (expedite suppliers or parts planning, seek alternatives, consult with the Sales Support Engineers, activate site Problem Solving Team) and escalate if necessary.
o The key objective of the position is to meet the on time delivery (RDSL) targets, to reduce the late backlog, to maintain the production and invoicing plan of the orders and to achieve the monthly POR targets
o Involve the Value Steam Manager if high-cost solution is needed to improve the shipment date to understand and verify the profitability consequences
o Plan and organize inspections, participate if requested and manage other Customer visits
o Coordinate other processes related to the order, expedite the relevant departments (such as Quality, Assembly Shop, Certification, Documentation, Warehouse, Shipping) at the appropriate level if necessary to keep orders on schedule
o Work with the Sales Offices to perform timely the invoicing process, realize Sales and reduce Finish Goods inventory (In-House and In Transit)
o At the end of the project, draw the project team's attention to any lessons learned, make suggestions and supports continuous improvement work.
• Purchasing
o Place the PO or IR in accordance with the planned solutions of the Sales Support Engineer for those items that require different fulfilment than the system standard or drive the kit completion date (lead time critical items). The purchasing of the remaining parts of the BOM falls under the responsibility of the Standard purchasing team.
o Work with subcontracting buyers to ensure the on-time and cost-efficient execution.
o Track the status of those supplier PO-s that was issued by the COM Coordinator.
o Participate in the supplier backlog review meetings organized by the Standard purchasing team and representing the needs of the Value Stream.
General Responsibilities

• Work systematically and professionally in a well-documented manner in accordance with the company rules and procedures including adherence to trade compliance (export / import and supply chain security) regulations entirely.
• Acts ethically in all matters and follows the company policies.

For This Role, You Will Need:
• B.Sc. degree in economics/business/logistics or related field or equivalent work experience
• Fluent business language knowledge both in Hungarian and English
• Think Customer behavior and Teamwork
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office applications
