Focused on execution of standard enabling activities/provision of advice subject to policy and work routines within an enabling discipline. Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide coordination in procurement activities for assigned commodities and suppliers
• Proactively work with global and local Sourcing team as well as suppliers to improve On Time Delivery, Quality performance to target level.
• Achieve lowest possible cost for material and service, balanced against optimum quality and schedule needs.
• Evaluate current and anticipated requirements, identify potential sources, obtain bids, and plan programs to meet business needs.
• Presents to stakeholder in specific purchasing space and on cross functional teams on how purchasing contributes to overall strategy.
• Advises functional managers or other functions regarding approaches, processes, procedures and progresses.
• Identify and deliver value-adding opportunities for the business
• Drive cost out, localization, source optimization projects within Sourcing
• Lead supplier performance reviews with supplier focal and their leadership
• Provide analytical data and implement improvement plan
• Comply with company policy and process including but not limit in Sourcing, Compliance, commercial, Quality, Production, EHS, HR, Lean, etc.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in sourcing or supply chain position
• Strong negotiation skills
• Proved ERP knowledge
• Good oral and written English
