Compensation Range:
$176,400 - $215,600 annual base salary

As the Sr. Manager, FP&A for Midstream Operations, you'll be the strategic finance leader for a dynamic business unit, overseeing all aspects of financial planning and analysis. You'll drive operational excellence, partner with cross-functional teams, and provide critical insights that shape the future of the organization. This high-impact role blends deep financial expertise with business acumen, leadership, and innovation-empowering you to influence decisions at the highest levels.
What You'll Do
- Oversee financial reporting and analysis for Midstream operations, focusing on total operating cost, transportation, and long-haul results
- Develop and coordinate JV and partner budgets, and lead quarterly/annual financial meetings
- Supervise and mentor the FP&A team, setting clear objectives and driving high performance
- Lead economic analyses, including competitive trends, pricing, cash flow, and capital additions
- Prepare long-term profit/loss forecasts and facilitate management review of capital appropriations and expansion strategies
- Provide specialist advice on financial policies, procedures, and complex queries
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a robust internal control environment
- Manage risk management processes and contribute to policy development
- Lead special projects such as divestitures, acquisitions, and operational effectiveness reviews
- Build strong partnerships across finance, operations, and external stakeholders
- Present financial results and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and impact
What You'll Bring (Required Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with significant FP&A responsibility
- 6+ years of proven leadership experience
- Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and long-range planning
- Advanced analytical skills and experience with financial statement analysis
- Strong leadership experience, including managing and developing diverse teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Experience with digital reporting tools (e.g., SAP, PowerBI) and internal/external audit processes
- Legall authorized to work in job posting country
