Intern # of Hours: 45-70 Hours per week, based on task completion or field assignment JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a Senior Planner with experience in construction project monitoring and activity schedule management, capable of providing on-site support for assigned projects. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel and maintain long-term project follow-up. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES • Build Project Schedules • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. • Prepare Daily and Weekly Project Reports • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones. • Participate in the creation of the Project Dashboard • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns. • Managing project key indicators, documentation, including updates to plans and logs. • Identify potential risks and create mitigation strategies. • Resolve technical or logistical issues during project implementation.
