We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our company, who will have the following responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily accounting activities, ensuring compliance with local (PGC) and international (IFRS) regulations.
  • Conduct financial and accounting analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Act as a key contact during internal and external audits.
  • Ensure the proper implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to optimize processes and ERP systems (SAP).
  • Lead and develop team members, promoting a continuous learning environment.
  • Act as a backup for the Department Manager, taking on additional responsibilities in their absence.


Requirements:
  • Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years in a similar role in Spain, preferably in multinational companies or the industrial sector, with 2-3 years supervising teams.
  • Proficiency in Spanish accounting standards (PGC) and international standards (IFRS).
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Languages: Advanced level of English (C1), essential for working in an international environment.
  • Skills:
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
