Your role and responsibilities

• Lead the Quality & HSE management system: ensure compliance with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001...) and maintain KPIs and documentation.
• Support product development projects: set quality objectives, validate deliverables under the Gate Model, and promote quality tools (FMEA, Six Sigma).
• Manage internal audits, customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions to improve customer satisfaction.
• Oversee HSE coordination: update systems (DU, KPI, Intelex), monitor prevention plans and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field (electro-mechanics, automation, process engineering).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in related activities, with strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality tools (FMEA, Six Sigma).
• Fluent English required, proficiency in MS Office, analytical mindset and results orientation.
• Leadership, proactive approach and ability to work collaboratively in an international environment.
