This Position reports to:
Project Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to create and modify the standard designs of equipment, systems, or installations, including standard specifications for manufacturing, fabrication, or construction, using standard design concepts. Each day, you will design engineering solutions, including drawings and calculations according to contract specifications. You will also showcase your expertise by contributing to design reviews and design verification and modifying the design, as necessary.

The work model for the role is: on site

This role is contributing to the Middle Voltage Primary Switchgear (ELDS PSWG) in Xiamen, China.

You will be mainly accountable for:

1)Electrical drawing design of medium-voltage switchgear, ensuring the quality and timeliness of design delivery;
2)Optimize the electrical design process and tools;
3)Optimize project electrical design and promote standardization.
4)Provide robust technical support both internally to colleagues and externally to clients, be trainer to new employees.

Qualifications for the role

1) Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Automation or a related field.
2) Having experience of electrical design, experience in medium-voltage switchgear is preferred. Exceptional new graduates are also encouraged to apply.
3) Possess an enhanced knowledge of power systems, such as high-voltage technology, power system analysis, and protection relay.
4) Good communication and logical thinking ability.
5) Good English skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
6) Strong focus on quality and cost control.
7)Qualified in office software/EPLAN, or AutoCAD.

岗位要求:
1)2026年应届生,电气自动化或相关专业,本科及以上学历;
2)有电气设计经验,有中压开关柜设计经验优先;
3)熟悉电力系统知识,如高压技术,电力系统分析、继电保护;
4)良好的沟通能力和逻辑思维能力;
5)良好的英语听、说、读、写能力;
6) 聚焦质量与成本控制;
7) 熟练应用办公软件、EPLAN 或者AutoCAD绘图工具;
