We are seeking a HR Service Delivery Manager for our Barcelona (Cornellà) office.

Responsibilities:
  • Defines strategic and operational direction of HRSD activities, including defining the operational model, process design and improvement, systems of work.
  • Works closely with the P&C Technology Product Owner to express business requirements to drive technology, RPA development and enhancements.
  • Defines, monitor, and ensure the delivery of a comprehensive set of performance metrics that are relevant for activities supported.
  • Establishes standards and procedures for handling team member questions, transactions, and administration of P&C services.
  • Ensures all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Defines the operational framework for the delivery of services provided by local HRSD team as well as GBS HRSD team based upon the defined business and P&C strategy.
  • Determines the service level agreements (SLA) and ensure adherence to SLA, control standard and issue escalation matrix
  • Oversees the day to day operations from (pre) hire to (post) retire processes in meeting the agreed service level agreements and business operational requirements
  • Undertakes the day to day management of the HRSD function
  • Provides effective direction and line management support to HRSD team members to ensure that process improvements are successfully articulated, agreed, embedded and where appropriate, reviewed.
  • Impulses a strong mindset and culture within the HRSD team oriented towards continuous improvement, excellence in service delivery, data quality and customer experience.
  • Applies systematic and well-established change management approach, knowledge, tools and resources to maximize adoption and minimize business disruptions.
  • Keeps abreast, researches and analyzes (pre) hire to (post) retire best practices and emerging P&C practices.


Requirements:
  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in human resources management roles, preferably in international environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of local and international labor regulations.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • English proficiency (minimum B2). Fluent in French will be a plus.
  • Good knowledge of other Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
