We're hiring a Junior HR Officer in North Holland!
Function description
As an HR Officer, you will be the main point of contact for colleagues, managers, and the HR team, ensuring smooth HR processes from onboarding to offboarding.
In this role, you will work closely with different teams daily, handling important administrative tasks such as drafting and updating employment contracts, preparing reports, and managing contract workflows.
You will support the full HR cycle: recruitment, employment management, employment conditions, promotions, transfers, and retirements.
Key responsibilities include:
• Answering HR-related questions from employees and managers
• Maintaining and updating personnel records in HR systems
• Managing confidential employee files
• Producing standard HR reports
• Welcoming and onboarding new employees
Requirements
• Completed MBO level education (preferably with focus on HR)
• Relevant experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• Strong attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset
