Field Engineer Intern

The Field Engineer Intern assists in delivering safe, efficient, and reliable products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Support engineers in service delivery and quality reviews.
• Participate in HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and Quality initiatives.
• Adhere to company HSE policies and maintain required safety training.
• Provide support to Job Delivery Leads, Service Delivery Managers, and Maintenance Supervisors.

Experiences & Exposures

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent (minimum 4 years).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge to practical solutions.
• Strong commitment to QHSE standards.

Field Specialist Intern

The Field Specialist Intern receives technical and hands-on training on assigned equipment to ensure reliable product and service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Gain functional and technical skills for assigned services and products.
• Assist in job preparation and execution with a goal of 100% service delivery.
• Support engineers in service quality reviews.
• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives and comply with company policies.
• Provide support to Job Delivery Leads, Service Delivery Managers, and Maintenance Supervisors.

Experiences & Exposures

• Diploma or degree in Engineering or equivalent (minimum 3 years).

• Strong mechanical or electronics background preferred.
• Ability to comply with QHSE standards and company policies.
• Quick learner with practical application skills.

Maintenance Mechanical and Electrical/Electronics Technician Intern

The Maintenance Intern is trained to maintain assigned equipment according to Product Line Standards and latest specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Comply with Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Learn to use maintenance business systems.
• Adhere to Service Quality, HSE, and IT standards and policies.

Experiences & Exposures

• Technical Diploma/Certificate in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or equivalent (2-3 years).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Ability to read and understand engineering/electrical drawings.
• Strong commitment to QHSE standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
