Join TotalEnergies EP PNG Ltd in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea

As part of the Papua LNG project, we are looking for a VIE - Acceptability and External Communication Officer (M/F) to support our communication strategy and stakeholder engagement efforts.

Your responsibilities:

Acceptability

• Contribute to the overall communication strategy of the Papua LNG project
• Manage relationships with local media, NGOs, and civil society groups
• Update the Papua LNG website with relevant content (press releases, announcements)

Communication

• Organize and coordinate industry conferences and events
• Manage brand materials (merchandise, online logos)
• Draft media releases for local press agencies

Candidate Profile

Candidate profile

• Master's degree in communication, public affairs, marketing, or digital communication
• Minimum 3 years of experience in communication or public affairs (experience with TotalEnergies is a plus)
• Strong command of communication tools (writing, editing, layout, publishing)
• Ability to adapt to multicultural environments and unexpected changes
• Creativity, autonomy, organizational skills, and team spirit

Technical skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good knowledge of Canva and other layout tools

Languages

• English: B2/C1 level (working language)
• French: B2 level
