Build and maintain the Integrated Activity Plan(s). This includes:

  • Integrate IAP Activities: Identify IAP-relevant maintenance tasks and coordinate with other functional planning teams to build a fully integrated plan.
  • Plan Acceptance & Prioritization: Accept or reject work based on asset priorities and readiness criteria; sequence activities, resolve clashes, and escalate unresolved issues to the Plan Owner.
  • Optimize Resources & Manage Risks: Support shared resource optimization; validate risks and opportunities, define mitigation measures, and ensure they are agreed, communicated, and actioned.
  • Governance & Performance Oversight: Facilitate planning meetings to address challenges, SIMOPS impacts, and production deferments; ensure adherence to the Change Control process.

What you bring

  • A technical professional who demonstrates extensive experience in all facets of offshore maintenance, planning, and scheduling activities.
  • Detailed understanding of SAP and Primavera P6 as used in planning, scheduling and execution of Maintenance activities and IAPS plans. Experience with performance monitoring tools such as Power B.I.
  • Familiarity with Safety, Environment & Asset Management (SEAM) Perform Maintenance Execution (PME), Manage Integrated Activity Planning & Scheduling (IAPS) and other interfacing processes such as Control of Work, Safe Isolation, Management of Change etc. would be highly regarded.
  • Ability to seek, integrate and implement advice from outside their direct sphere of knowledge (for example from Engineering, HSSE or Marine specialists) is critical to the success of the role.
