This Position reports to:
Service Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. As our business and product portfolio continue to expand, the service team is seeking a dedicated documentation support specialist. Our team was proud to be named Exporter of the Year at the ExportNZ ASB Hawke's Bay Export Awards and to receive the Ziwi Excellence in Innovation Award, recognizing our commitment to innovation and global impact.
  • Prepare and maintain technical service documentation, troubleshooting guides, and safety bulletins for PCS100/PCS120 systems
  • Establish and uphold templates, style guides, and governance to ensure documentation quality and consistency
  • Collaborate with product and service teams to integrate feedback and improve serviceability
  • Drive continuous improvement, exploring digital/multimedia formats and efficient processes for information delivery


Qualifications for the Role

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (or similar), with 2+ years' experience in service delivery, technical writing, or project coordination
  • Field/site experience with power electronics equipment; ability to translate complex technical information into clear, user-focused content
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word; familiarity with Adobe InDesign, FrameMaker, or MadCap Flare is a plus
  • Knowledge of PCS100/PCS120 or related UPS/Power Protection products preferred; understanding of IEC/IEEE documentation standards advantageous
  • Proficiency in communicating in English in a professional and technical context
  • Strong time management, stakeholder collaboration, and problem-solving skills under pressure
