With a five-year base period and three one-year options, KBR ensures these bases operate smoothly, allowing deployed personnel to focus on mission execution.
Job Summary
The Chief of Supply shall be proficient with logistics planning, methods of organizational and procedural analysis, principles of accounting, material accounting procedures, and budget preparation. Shall lead and direct all Air Force supply operations, ensuring effective management of materiel, inventory control, and distribution in support of mission requirements. This role oversees compliance with USAF supply regulations, ensures accuracy of supply data systems, and drives process efficiency across all logistics functions. The Chief of Supply coordinates with squadron leadership, functional managers, and external agencies to maintain readiness, optimize resources, and support operational objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manages the efforts of personnel involved in providing a variety of support to programs involved with Supply, Property, Transportation, and Disposal, Morale/Welfare and other Logistical support areas.
- Responsible for the overall performance of the assigned department or functions.
- Provides operational oversight to ensure work is accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner and provides reports to senior leadership as required.
- Ensures awareness and monitors employee compliance with all applicable company directives, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinates activities involving the customer, other organizations, and/or company functions.
- Responsible for defining training requirements, developing employee skills, and promoting continuous improvement.
- Develops and implements performance standards and internal controls.
- Shall be proficient with logistics planning, methods of organizational and procedural analysis, principles of accounting, material accounting procedures, and budget preparation.
- Shall be familiar with the USAF SBSS to include capabilities, limitations, and technical characteristics of data supply systems.
- Shall meet the qualifications of a USAF Logistics Readiness Officer.
Basic Qualifications
- US Citizen
- Shall possess a bachelor's degree.
- 8 years supervising USAF logistics or commercial equivalent logistics operations.
- Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree and 10-12 years of experience.
