Assists with compiling and maintaining project documentation files consisting of technical data, engineering/supplier drawings, technical specifications, purchase orders, and other project-required documents. Assists with updating, examining, and maintaining project document control record keeping system and verifying completeness and accuracy of data. Assists with preparing transmittals and distributes data as directed. Assists with the interface of the reproduction department for required reproduction associated with copy and distribution requirements per project procedures. Requires broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through job-related training and considerable work experience. Works under limited supervision for routine situations. Likely to act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience. Work is typically non-routine but not complex. Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School diploma with at least 4 years of related experience; or requires an equivalent combination of related training and experience.
