Join our affiliate TotalEnergies Marketing Asia Pacific in Singapore !
Due to the increase in TotalEnergies Renewables activities in the Asia-Pacific region, accident prevention is a major challenge, particularly during the construction phase of projects.
As renewable activities are new to the company, significant efforts are required to deploy an HSSE (Health, Safety, Societal & Environment) management system on construction sites and for Operations & Maintenance (O&M). HSSE culture is still underdeveloped in several countries in the region, which includes: Australia, Japan, Cambodia, Philippines, Indonesia, South Korea, Malaysia, China, Vietnam, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan.
The mission is to ensure HSSE reporting for the region, monitor KPIs, develop and implement new tools (KPI dashboards, MySafety4All, Life Saving Checks...), act as Sustainability Officer, follow up on the HSSE action plan, and assist affiliates and project teams. It also involves promoting HSE culture at all levels through a proactive attitude with BD/PD/A&C teams, the company, and contractors.
Key responsibilities include:
• Assist the REN HSE Manager APAC in implementing the HSE management system for the region.
• Ensure HSSE reporting for A&C projects and activities (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually).
• Monitor and compile HSSE KPIs for BD/PD/A&C teams.
• Consolidate and track action plans (HSSE deployment, HAZID, CORISK, COREX...).
• Deploy HSE tools from REN Central and ONE HSE (MySafety4All, Life Saving Check...).
• Strengthen HSE culture (Golden Rules, Stop Card, award programs, EPC monitoring).
• Prepare materials and minutes for safety meetings (Steerco, Safety Committee, partners).
• Facilitate COREX sessions with the REN HSE Manager APAC.
• Implement the sustainability roadmap for A&C sites.
• Ensure integration of HSE analyses during pre-development phases (CDREN, CORISK), including security aspects.
