Your Role

As part of the road engineering team in the Montréal office, you will:

• Coordinate technical teams on drawings and modeling within projects.
• Ensure compliance with and implementation of CAD/BIM standards and guidelines.
• Occasionally perform computer-aided design (3D modeling) of road structures (geometry, earthworks, drainage, signage, etc.).
• Provide technical support to teams in preparing plans and models.
• Maintain effective communication with various stakeholders.

About You

The ideal candidate:

• Holds a college diploma (DEC) in civil engineering or a related field.
• Has at least 5 years of experience in transportation infrastructure design in Québec.
• Has worked on projects for the Québec Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility.
• Is proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.
• Can communicate in French (spoken and written).
• Demonstrates natural leadership to play an active role in project delivery and mentoring junior staff.
