Are you a Crewing Planner or Coordinator with a passion for the maritime, offshore industry? We are seeking Crewing professionals in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Function description

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of crewing operations to ensure the efficient and effective deployment of crew members. You will play a crucial role in maintaining crewing schedules, coordinating crew changes, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

• Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
• Create and manage crew schedules, making sure they get enough rest, and their contracts are upheld.
• Take care of all the details for crew changes - like travel, visas, and logistics.
• Recruitment and/or interviewing of potential crew members
• Certification, licensing, and training compliance
• Create plans for when and where the crew is needed
• Make sure that crew members get on and off the ship smoothly.
• Make sure our records are up-to-date and compliant with all the maritime rules and labor standards.

Requirements

• 2-5 years in crewing operations or a similar role
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management and record-keeping
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Good command of the English language (written and spoken), Dutch is a plus!
• Valid EU work permit
