We are pooling candidates for procurement roles focused on sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management. Officers and specialists play a key role in ensuring cost-effective and compliant procurement processes.

Function description

Procurement professionals manage sourcing strategies, vendor relationships, and purchasing operations. Officers focus on transactional procurement and compliance, while specialists handle strategic sourcing and supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source suppliers and manage procurement processes.
• Negotiate contracts and handle purchase orders.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain procurement records and systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align purchasing needs.
• Ensure compliance with Dutch procurement regulations.

Requirements

• MBO/HBO-level education or equivalent experience.
• 3-7 years of experience in procurement.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience with procurement tools (e.g., SAP, Ariba).
• Dutch fluency preferred; English required.
• Must reside in the Netherlands with a valid Dutch work permit or EU citizenship.
• Visa sponsorship is not offered.
