Function description

As a QHSE Coordinator / Engineer, you'll be at the heart of ensuring our offshore and subsea operations are not just successful, but also incredibly safe and efficient. You'll be the go-to expert, guiding our teams and making a real impact on how we deliver projects.

• Lead exciting continuous improvement initiatives, like achieving ISO14001 certification and boosting our data analysis methods.
• Champion our QHSE strategy, driving quality control improvements and managing risks throughout every project phase.
• Craft compelling tender submissions, carefully reviewing QHSE requirements and offering expert advice on compliance and mitigation.
• Develop tailored HSE, Quality, Environmental, and Emergency Plans for each project, and coordinate essential drills and inductions.
• Facilitate crucial risk assessments, RAMS, and HIRA sessions, then proactively track and implement the resulting actions.
• Oversee Management of Change (MoC) and Non-Conformance Reporting (NCR), providing vital QHSE guidance during execution.
• Organize insightful lessons-learned sessions, ensuring we continuously improve and implement actions as projects conclude.

Requirements

We're looking for a QHSE Coordinator / Engineer with:

• A Bachelor's degree in HSE, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or equivalent, ready to apply your knowledge in a dynamic environment.
• A flexible mindset and hands-on attitude, eager to tackle new challenges and contribute directly to project success.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and implement effective QHSE solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills to influence and advise both operational and engineering teams, fostering a culture of safety.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English is essential for effective communication within our international projects.
