In this role you'll streamline administration, drive improvements, and help us work smarter.

Join our international team and learn how to navigate HR administration by different cultures, adapt to local legislation, keep an overview and contribute to further digitalization and efficiency.

Function description

What will you do?

You'll start by making sure our HR administration runs smoothly, both nationally and internationally;
  • Process employee changes and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare contracts and manage personnel data
  • Handle sickness reporting, leave balances, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Make sure we have accurate HR data of all our international offices, coordinate with local managers

And then…

You'll take ownership of payroll for our Dutch Head Quarters (around 70 employees). You'll run payroll independently, ensure compliance with Dutch regulations, and check everything for accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently manage Dutch payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain and improve HR data quality in our software (My Solutions - MSF), including contract and employee records
  • Act as the main contact for pensions, insurance, and external institutions
  • Collaborate with MSF consultants to improve system functionality and workflows
  • Support international HR data reporting and harmonization
  • Identify and implement improvements in HR processes and systems


Requirements

  • MBO-level education in HR, administration, or similar
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR administration (payroll experience is a plus)
  • Solid understanding of Dutch labor law and HR processes (or willingness to learn!)
  • Experience with HR/payroll systems (MSF/MySolutions is a bonus)
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
