Function description

In this position, you will play a key position in ensuring the necessary QHSE requirements are followed by giving practical advice and identifying potential challenges. Manage the compliance for the safe and efficient delivery of offshore and subsea operations.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including ISO14001 certification and enhanced data analysis methods.
• Support QHSE strategy, quality control improvements, and risk management across all phases.
• Prepare tender submissions, review QHSE requirements, and advise on compliance and mitigation.
• Develop project-specific HSE, Quality, Environmental, and Emergency Plans; coordinate drills and inductions.
• Facilitate risk assessments, RAMS, and HIRA sessions; track and implement resulting actions.
• Oversee Management of Change (MoC), Non-Conformance Reporting (NCR), and provide ongoing QHSE guidance during execution.
• Organize lessons-learned sessions and drive implementation of improvement actions at project close-out.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HSE, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with the offshore and/or maritime sector is desired.
• Excellent communication skills; able to influence and advise both operational and engineering teams.
• Flexible mindset and hands-on attitude.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.

Due to this position's location, a valid Dutch work permit or visa is required.
