Overview

We are seeking a Senior Traffic Incident Management (TIM) Specialist. to join our team in Austin, TX.

Your role

• Participates in delivery of National TIM Responder and/or other first responder training.
• Assist in maintaining trainee training records; uploading virtual training records.
• Assists with vehicle, facility, and equipment field inspections and other program documentation.
• Other administrative support duties as assigned.
• Communicates with internal and external stakeholders and maintains appropriate relationships.
• Supports AtkinsRéalis staff with regional duties when stationed resources are limited.
• Performs effective client management, tracks deliverables, follows contract scope, and maintains high standards of behavior and performance in compliance with AtkinsRéalis policies.
• Performs such other duties as the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in related field(s) of practice with 7 years of relevant experience. Graduate degree desirable. Management coursework and/or MBA a plus. Without Bachelor's degree, this level may be achieved with 11 years' experience in law enforcement, incident management, and/or other emergency response.
• Strong interpersonal skills; good public speaking ability; and personal computer proficiency. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Additional information

Expected compensation range is between $45.00 - $52.88 hourly depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
