This Position reports to:
Production Engineering Manager

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the ELDS/CNSCB/Production/Production development in Beijing . Main stakeholders are Production.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Responsible for recording the video of the production process according to product module at the production line station, and simply editing the recorded video.
  负责到产线工位按照模块录制生产过程的视频,并对录制的视频进行简单的剪辑处理;
• Use Solidworks to disassemble the assembly components in exploded views.
  运用 Solidworks 将装配组件进行爆炸图拆解
• Edit the draft version of the work instructions for each module based on the of videos, exploded views, and document template.
  根据视频、爆炸图和指导文件的模板编辑各模块作业指导文件的草稿版
• Measure routine time for each step and add in work instructions
  测量每个作业步骤的标准工时,添加到作业指导文件

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree or above
  本科及以上学历
• Knowledge of basic assembly process, experience in editing documents, internship experience in factories is preferred.
  了解基础的装配工艺过程,有编辑文件的工作经验。有去工厂实习经历的优先。
• Knowledge of routine time measurement.
  了解工时测算的基本原理
• Basic Solidworks operation
  掌握基本的 Solidworks 软件操作
• Familiar with Office software, especially document edit with Word
  熟悉 Office 软件操作,尤其用 Word 进行文档编辑
• Familiar with video editing software and master basic video editing operations
  熟悉视频剪辑软件,掌握基本的剪辑操作
• Simple English in reading and writing. Good communication, execution and teamwork skills
  基础的英语读写能力。良好的沟通、执行力及团队工作技巧
