Job Description:

As the Brand & Communications Lead, you'll be at the heart of bp's transformation in New Zealand, crafting stories that inspire, building trust, and ensuring our brand shines across every touchpoint. This is the chance to influence how bp engages with customers and partners in a constantly evolving energy landscape.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement brand and communication strategies for the NZ market, ensuring alignment with global bp standards and local regulations.
  • Improve brand messaging and channels through process improvement and innovative methodologies.
  • Translate insights and technical data into impactful, audience-focused communication strategies and content.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns using data to supervise performance, identify trends, and inform decisions.
  • Handle partner relationships and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to maintain consistent, positive brand representation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in brand management and communications, ideally within retail, energy, automotive, or technical industries.
  • Ability to innovate and implement new methodologies to enhance communication strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience translating data to measure and optimize communication effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
