What You'll Do

  • Lead & Innovate: Design and deliver integrated, end-to-end communication strategies that bring our vision to life.
  • Create Impactful Content: Develop messaging, social media assets, infographics, and digital collateral that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate & Influence: Partner with internal teams and external collaborators to support conferences, speaking engagements, and crisis response.
  • Drive Engagement: Build strategic internal communications, employee advocacy programs, and community investment initiatives.
  • Stay Ahead: Monitor emerging issues, manage media relations, and craft proactive mitigation plans.
  • Champion Digital: Leverage digital channels and storytelling to amplify our message and connect significantly.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, International Relations, or related field.
  • Experience: 5-10 years in senior communications roles (in-house or agency), with a proven track record in reputation management and campaign execution.
  • Skills That Set You Apart:
  • Strategic problem solver with strong project management skills.
  • Digital-savvy storyteller with experience in social media, infographics, and visual content.
  • Exceptional written and interpersonal communication abilities.
