What will you do?

As a Marketing & Sales Controller, you are the financial sparring partner for our business in the BENELUX. You provide insights, analysis, and advice to help us grow together. Your daily tasks include:
  • Performing month-, quarter-, and year-end closings (including SOX key controls)
  • Analyzing business performance versus budget and forecast, including KPI benchmarking
  • Proposing improvement actions focused on trade expenditures and product/customer profitability
  • Leading business planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
  • Reporting financial analyses on P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, order review, backlog, and KPI dashboards

Your Team

You'll be part of the Electrification Benelux finance team, consisting of 9 people. The culture? Open, social, and focused on empowerment. We're looking for doers who take responsibility, are honest, and collaborate as true team players.

Who are you?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration
  • At least 5 years of experience in analytical finance or controlling roles (international environment is a plus)
  • Experience with Power BI & accounting (must-have), SAP (nice-to-have)
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Proactive, accurate, independent, and solution-oriented
  • Willingness to travel within the Benelux
  • Comfortable interacting across different organizational levels and acting as a financial sparring partner for the management team
