Prepare and verify Cementing Equipment, Material and Gathering Job Data. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans, ensure compliance with HSE and service quality standards. Having basic knowledge of Cementing Fundamental, Basic of Engine and Electronic. Perform rig-up and rig-down of equipment according to company procedures. Execute Primary Cementing and Remedial Cement Job, DHT experience is recommended Onshore and Offshore Operation Experience more that 3 Years ( Deepwater is recommended ) Supervise Cutting and Mixing Chemical as per SHE and Procedure Secure and demobilize equipment; prepare job reports and participate in service quality reviews. Provide input to management and peers to develop & maintain an effective and efficient teamwork within personnel and segment. Participate in HSE and Quality programs. Diploma or Bachelor degree in Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience in Cementing operations offshore and onshore. Ability to work under pressure, travel frequently, and adapt to 24/7 operational demands. Comfortable working in remote and challenging environments. Strong communication and leadership skills.
