Votre mission

Assurer la gestion complète des commandes clients, de l'enregistrement à la facturation, en garantissant la satisfaction client et la coordination entre les équipes internes (commerce, projets, finance, logistique) et externes (usines, fournisseurs, clients).

Vos responsabilités

• Saisie et suivi de commandes de projets et produits complexes sur divers périmètres dans les différents outils ( CFIN/ SAP)
• Contrôle rigoureux des données (prix, délais, conditions)
• Coordination avec les équipes commerciales, projets, finances et achats
• Suivi des livraisons et facturations, relances clients
• Gestion des comptes clients et mise à jour des informations
• Préparation de statistiques et reporting
• Polyvalence pour assurer des backups
• Relance des impayés

Profil recherché

• Bac +2/+3 (Assistance Technique d'Ingénieur, Gestion PME-PMI)
• Expérience d'au moins 5 ans en environnement technique et commercial
• Maîtrise Excel et ERP (SAP)
• Anglais courant
