Senior Superintendent Location: Northern Virginia (Chantilly/Ashburn)Pay Target: $150,000-$185,000 (commensurate with experience) Overview Seeking a highly experienced Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on large, technically complex Data Center projects in Northern Virginia. This role owns the planning, coordination, and execution of all on-site construction activities. Data center experience is a strong advantage, but not required. We're looking for proven leaders who have delivered major commercial or mission-critical projects and can manage teams, subcontractors, schedules, and logistics at an expert level. Key Responsibilities Lead all field operations from groundbreaking through project turnover Manage, mentor, and develop superintendents, assistant superintendents, and field staff Oversee site safety, quality control, and adherence to project plans and standards Build and maintain project schedules, sequencing plans, and site logistics strategies Direct subcontractor coordination, inspections, conflict resolution, and daily workflow Collaborate with project management, owners, designers, and trade partners to ensure alignment Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and at the highest quality Qualifications Extensive experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent on large commercial projects Strong background in structural builds, complex MEP systems, and mission-critical facilities Data center experience preferred but not mandatory Demonstrated ability to lead large field teams and manage multiple trade partners Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Capable of navigating fast-paced, high-stakes construction environments with precision
