Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 30,000 - 35,000 per month

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of major construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale projects within the civil engineering or construction sector, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of project execution from initiation to handover
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, implementing corrective actions when necessary
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; PMP certification is a plus
• 10-15 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within budget
• Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and standards
